On December 21st, solstice day, I sat down at home in the silence of the early evening, and feeling the solemnity of nature at that time, I offered that to my Beloved.
December 21st was also the United Nations World Meditation Day.
On December 25th, another Xmas day came: I enjoyed all the beautiful music on the radio, especially the choir of King’s College Chapel in Cambridge., UK, which I also offered to my Beloved. Xmas is celebrated in many countries, 160 I believe, whether culturally or religiously. Some people, though, did not celebrate because of war, or because they lacked food or medicines.
Whether we celebrate Xmas, Hanukah or Kwanza, may we remember those who suffer.
